SIX88

The nine-story multi-family residential project, located at 688 Golden Gate Point, consists of 15 condominium units. The project is zone RMF-5 and is within the FEMA flood zone AE Elevation 11. Due to the flood elevation, the first habitable level is on the second floor. The habitable portion of the tower measures 90 feet in height.

The conditioned entry foyer on the ground floor is limited to 300 square feet. An exterior pedestrian path connects the front porch on the Golden Gate Point side with the sidewalk along Gulf Stream Avenue, encouraging residents to walk to Marina Jack and downtown. A second pedestrian connection gives access to a large secured bicycle parking area to allow residents to bike the Ringling Bridge to St Armand’s Circle.
