INDIAN BEACH RESIDENCE

The one-acre site situated on the bay encompasses two grand oaks and a very large Indian Mound. Our goal was to integrate the architecture with the site, composing the house with several volumes, to diminish the size. The house sits on grade with commanding views of the bay.

The west elevation with large expanses of glass exploits the bay views while the east elevation maintains a more opaque private front. Large terraces were created on the west where the indoor rooms effortlessly flow into large outdoor living spaces entire front yard.
